VENTILATED HEATED SEATS
What is a seat heater?
The seat heater is a technology that you can use to easily heat your car seat in a few seconds and turn the cold seat into the desired state. Interestingly, it heats the seat so much that you don't even want to get out of your car. Also, in very luxury cars, it measures your body temperature and then lowers or increases the temperature so that you are not bothered.
What is a seat cooler?
In the hot summer season, when you sit in the car and wait for your air conditioner to work and cool down, it may take a long time for the air coming out of the vents to cool you down.
The seat cooler works in such a way that when you sit in the car, the seat immediately cools down in the shortest possible time and reduces your body temperature. Then the air conditioner cools the cabin. (If this system is not in the car, you have to increase the degree of the cooler so that the environment of the car cools down in order to save yourself from the heat). It is interesting that when these seats are switched to the cooling mode, their massager starts to work and prevents bumps. Your body becomes stiff because of the cold.
How does the seat heater work?
When you press the touch button on your car's console designed specifically for seat heating, the car's ECU immediately executes a command that works like this:
First, the electricity opens its path to the non-combustible elements inside the seat.
After 5 to 7 seconds, electricity flows behind the switcher and waits to reach the elements in the seat. Then the elements heat up and heat the liquid inside the bags and cushions.
The heated liquid heats the seat based on your body heat.
And in this way, the seat is easily heated in 15 seconds.
How does the seat cooler work?
As in the seat heater, the elements played the role of heating the cushions. In the seat cooler, there are copper pipes in which freon and helium gas are under pressure. As soon as the switcher supplies electricity to these pipes, the gas inside these pipes It freezes. The second layer is helium, which rotates around it, captures the cold and transfers it to the cushions. In some cars, such as the Sonata, a series of fans are installed inside the seat, which adjusts the degree of coldness of the seat. These fans circulate the air through The fine holes in the seat leather cover take the cooler and lower part of the passenger compartment and transfer evenly to the seat cushion and backrest.
Why does the seat heater and cooler break down? What is the reason?
The seat heater and cooler can be damaged for several reasons, so be very careful because the cost of repair or replacement is very high, which include the following.
Causes of failure:
